Thursday Dinner Begins at 7:30pm
                Pot luck dinner

Friday Breakfast
                 Beef/turkey bacon and sausage
                 Vegan bacon and/or sausage
                 Scrambled eggs
                 Waffles/Pancakes (Gluten free option will be available for pancakes)
                 Bagels & Cream cheese
                 Fruit
                 Cold cereal
                 Yogurt and soy yogurt
                 Fruit juice – Apple & Orange
                 Coffee and tea
                 Milk and soy/rice milk

Friday Lunch  - Burgers & Dogs         

                 Beef & Turkey Burgers
                 Hot Dogs (Likely all beef)
                 Veggie burgers & veggie dogs (at least one option will be vegan)
                 Assorted sliced cheeses
                 Burger & Hot Dog buns
                 Gluten free buns (I'm going to make every attempt possible to secure some GF buns)
                 Ketchup, mayo, mustard, relish
                 Salad greens and vegetables
                 Assorted potato, corn, and multigrain chips
                 Fruit Salad
                 Potato salad (vegi friendly)
                 Vegan coleslaw

Friday Dinner – Pasta manifesto

                 Italian marinated chicken
                 Meatballs (ground beef & ground turkey, gluten free)
                 Italian tofu crumbles (vegan)
                 Marinara Sauce (vegan)
                 Alfredo Sauce (very small quanitity for our onion allergic)
                 Pasta – rice pasta, & regular pasta
                 Green beans or broccoli
                 Salad Greens and tomatoes
                 Salad dressings
                 Garlic bread (GF garlic bread if possible)
                 Marinated mozzerella balls

Saturday Breakfast

Saturday Lunch – Taco Bar

                 Taco beef
                 Chicken fajita meat
                 Vegan grilled veggies
                 Yellow rice (vegan)
                 Black beans (vegan)
                 Tortilla Chips
                 Queso
                 Salad greens (for those who want taco salads)
                 Assorted taco toppings and filings:
                            shredded cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, jalapenos, salsa, guacamole, onions, etc.

Saturday Dinner – Mediterranean

                  Kofta - beef/turkey savory turkish sausage mixture (GF)
                  Greek chicken breast
                  Marinated tofu
                  Saffron Rice
                  Dolmas
                  Taziki
                  Tabooli (GF, made with quiona not bulgur)
                  Hummus
                  Pita
                  Feta
                  Olives
                  Veggie platter
                  All left over salad stuff from the weekend
